The hotel room block ends on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, however, be aware that the most desirable rooms sell out well in advance of that date.
Room rates include basic guest room WiFi, self-parking, shuttle service throughout the resort and up to a 2-mile radius outside of the resort, 1 hour of tennis court time per day, Splash Waterpark, Sport and Health Club access, and children’s activities.

The Myrtle Beach Hilton is located about 14 miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR).
Checking In
Attendees staying in the Hilton or the Royale Palms will check in at the Hilton front desk. Attendees staying at the Embassy Suites, Kingston condos, or the villas will pick up room keys at the Embassy Suites front desk. CFIC members who are Hilton’s Diamond, Gold, and Silver Honors members can bypass the line by downloading the Hilton app and using the Digital Room Key (Hilton and Embassy Suites rooms only).
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Room Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 14, 2023
To reserve a sleeping room within the room block, attendees must secure the reservation with a valid credit card along with a first night’s deposit refundable up to three days in advance of the convention. All credit cards used to prepay the deposit will be charged immediately.
Beware of Scams!
In years past, outside companies and alleged travel agencies/services have contacted attendees urging them to book guest rooms through their company with supposed discounts. We advise you to only book your guest rooms though the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and Kingston Plantation directly, as the outside companies may offer rates that CFIC cannot verify or endorse.
