Tournament Information
Foursomes are $6,500 each for members and $7,250 for non-members, consisting of three players from the sponsoring supplier company plus a retailer of the sponsor’s choice.
Teams will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supplier companies interested in playing should contact the retailer they wish to play with for their availability and request a contract from the retailer’s contact listed below. Pairing assignments will not be made until registration payment is received.
Sponsorships
Halfway House: $2,500
Includes signage at the Halfway House on each course, logo on card rules sheet, verbal recognition from the podium.
Beverage Cart: $1,200
Includes signage on all beverage carts, logo on cart rules sheet, verbal recognition from the podium.
Exclusive Hole in One Sponsorship: $400
Includes one stand-alone logo sign in front of car at designated hole on each course.
Breakfast Sponsorship: $500 (sold out)
Includes verbal recognition from the podium at the Awards Reception, one stand-alone logo sign, logo on schedule of events signs and logo on table signs during breakfast.
Awards Reception Sponsorship: $500 (sold out)
Includes verbal recognition from the podium at the Awards Reception, one stand-alone logo sign, logo on schedule of events signs and logo on table signs during Awards Reception.
Tee Sign Sponsorship: $200 (18 available)
Includes your company logo on two tee signs plus your company logo on one driving range sign. One tee sign will be placed on each of the two courses.
Hotel Information
Rooms are available at the Carolina Hotel at a rate of $439 per night and CFIC will cover $100 of the room rate for those in the CFIC room block. To secure your room, please email CFIC staff. The group rate ends on October 13, 2025.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
Important: If you have a guest staying with you, be sure to register your guest prior to check-in, as a resort ID card is required on the Pinehurst property. Resort casual attire is acceptable.
Shuttle Service
The Pinehurst Resort offers complimentary shuttle service to all Resort-owned facilities and to Pinehurst Village during regular operating hours (6:00 am–12:00 midnight). Shuttle service is “on call”.

CFIC Golf Tournament Information
The Tournament
The CFIC Golf Tournament is held on Course No. 1 and Course No. 5. Both courses will have a shotgun start and play Captain’s Choice, Par is Your Friend.
Be sure your first and last name are printed on your golf bag.
Check the weather and dress accordingly. Rain or shine – the tournament will take place.
Denim and halter tops are not acceptable attire on the golf course. Metal spikes are prohibited.
Golf Pro Shop
All registered players* will receive a $125 gift card for the Pinehurst Golf Shop along with a 20% discount for any items purchased on the tournament day.
*CFIC staff must honor member companies’ gift policies, therefore some players may not be permitted to receive a gift card. Gift cards will not be given to other players on the team.
Golf Club and Shoe Rentals
The Pinehurst Resort offers Titleist club rentals. Players are responsible for all rental fees and for reserving their own clubs in advance of the tournament. For more information, contact the pro shop at (910) 235-8141.
Shipping Your Clubs
Flying to North Carolina and need to ship your clubs? Pinehurst recommends using Ship Sticks to get your golf clubs to and from Pinehurst. Plan to have your clubs shipped 48 hours in advance of the golf tournament. Shipping costs vary and are not included in the cost of the CFIC golf contract. The Cradle
The Cradle is a great opportunity to have some fun the evening before the tournament! Greens fees for The Cradle are $50 and replay rounds are free. Tee times can be made by calling (800)-ITS-GOLF.
