December SNAP Emergency Allotments

As a result of the ongoing pandemic, USDA has approved December emergency allotments of EBT benefits as follows:

• North Carolina will load emergency allotments onto cards from December 22-31. These benefits will go to 442,340 families and will total $81.3 million statewide.
• South Carolina will issue emergency allotments with families’ monthly benefits. These will go to 204,018 families and will total $37.9 million statewide.
