January SNAP Emergency Allotments

As a result of the ongoing pandemic, USDA has approved January emergency allotments of EBT benefits as follows:

• North Carolina will load emergency allotments onto cards from January 22-31. These benefits will go to 446,889 families and will total $81.7 million statewide.
• South Carolina will issue emergency allotments with families’ monthly benefits. These will go to 201,734 families and will total $36.7 million statewide.
